There are lots of delicious and scientific foods.


The most popular Korean food is Kimchi.

1. Kimchi's origin


It was first invented in the three nation period.

Because that time was the period where the first agriculture was performed, the kimchi was first appeared.

When it was first made, the red pepper didn't used.



2. Kimchi's effect of Kimchi

Kimchi is a Korean traditional fermentation food. It's good effect is known.

Kimchi is very popular food in Korea, and also it helps us to keep our health.

In Kimchi, lactobacillus is included. So that's why Kimchi is very important and good food.

Also, it can protect us from lifestyle disease.

Kimchi is also known for it's preventing cancer effect.



3. What are the ingredients to make Kimchi?

cabbages, salt, daikon, chives, water parsely, garlic, red pepper, salted shrimp, a raw oyster etc.
