Dokdo story#1

The name of Dokdo used to be called as "Woosando", "Sambongdo", "Gajido", "Seok-do"ect. from very longlong time ago, and the contents about Dokdo are also recorded in many old documents and maps, such as [Dong guk Yeo Ji seung ram], [Shin jeong dong guk y대 ji seung ram], and [Man gi yo ram].

Japan calls Dokdo "Da kae shi ma". Which means 'bamboo island', but we can't find any bamboo there, because the configuration of the ground is tough and only consists of rocks.

Japan says that they took it because there was no owner of Dokdo at that time, but this is not true. The owner was Korea, but while we were fighting in Russia-Korea war, Japanese took Dokdo for no permission of Korea, so it's a violation for international law.

There are also other reasons.

Japan says that the distance is not related to territory according to the international laws, but they claim Dokdo is Japan's, because the distance from the mainland of Japan to Dokdo is closer than the distance from Korea's land. But, it's not true! The island of 'Woo-leung do'(the island of Korea right next to Dokdo) is about twice closer than island 'O-ki'(the island of Japan). If Japanese government indicated it in the map that the distance from Dokdo to Korea is 87.4km, while the distance of Dokdo to Japan is 157.5km, Japanese government's response would have to be change!

Also, in the homepage of the Ministry of Foreign affairs of Japan, they insisted that Japanese Oya Shin ki chi and Murakawa leechibae received "voyage license"-the permission given to the people who want to voyage to other nation- of Woo leung do, and they did fishery in Dokdo in 1618.

And there is a big clue. The word "Voyage license" is only used to voyage other nations. So, it means that the Japanese government was also acknowledged Dokdo belongs to Korea, not Japan.

In the 4 old historical documents from Japan that were written by Okishima, the Japanese historian of 18th century, you can find that Dokdo is Korea's territory.

The fact that "Dokdo belongs to Kroea" is a matter of course. Dokdo is historically · geomatically definitely Korea's territory. Also, Dokdo is absolutely our territory according to the international reasons.

Japan insists this until now. Even they deny the records of old documents that acknowledge the contents related to Dokdo. There are only few documents that had contents about Dokdo in Japan. It's unnecessary to find reasons for this, because it's definitely ours. This not have to be controversy, because Dokdo have been Korea's territory. Japan makes tackle to the absolute fact that will never change. We need no reasons because Dokdo is land of Korea.

Thank you for reading this!

If someone asks you, "Who is the owner of Dokdo?",

than the answer must to be, "It belongs to Korea!","It's Korea's territory"
