Dokdo story#1

The name of Dokdo used to be called as "Woosando", "Sambongdo", "Gajido", "Seok-do"ect. from very longlong time ago, and the contents about Dokdo are also recorded in many old documents and maps, such as [Dong guk Yeo Ji seung ram], [Shin jeong dong guk y대 ji seung ram], and [Man gi yo ram].

Japan calls Dokdo "Da kae shi ma". Which means 'bamboo island', but we can't find any bamboo there, because the configuration of the ground is tough and only consists of rocks.

Japan says that they took it because there was no owner of Dokdo at that time, but this is not true. The owner was Korea, but while we were fighting in Russia-Korea war, Japanese took Dokdo for no permission of Korea, so it's a violation for international law.

There are also other reasons.

Japan says that the distance is not related to territory according to the international laws, but they claim Dokdo is Japan's, because the distance from the mainland of Japan to Dokdo is closer than the distance from Korea's land. But, it's not true! The island of 'Woo-leung do'(the island of Korea right next to Dokdo) is about twice closer than island 'O-ki'(the island of Japan). If Japanese government indicated it in the map that the distance from Dokdo to Korea is 87.4km, while the distance of Dokdo to Japan is 157.5km, Japanese government's response would have to be change!

Also, in the homepage of the Ministry of Foreign affairs of Japan, they insisted that Japanese Oya Shin ki chi and Murakawa leechibae received "voyage license"-the permission given to the people who want to voyage to other nation- of Woo leung do, and they did fishery in Dokdo in 1618.

And there is a big clue. The word "Voyage license" is only used to voyage other nations. So, it means that the Japanese government was also acknowledged Dokdo belongs to Korea, not Japan.

In the 4 old historical documents from Japan that were written by Okishima, the Japanese historian of 18th century, you can find that Dokdo is Korea's territory.

The fact that "Dokdo belongs to Kroea" is a matter of course. Dokdo is historically · geomatically definitely Korea's territory. Also, Dokdo is absolutely our territory according to the international reasons.

Japan insists this until now. Even they deny the records of old documents that acknowledge the contents related to Dokdo. There are only few documents that had contents about Dokdo in Japan. It's unnecessary to find reasons for this, because it's definitely ours. This not have to be controversy, because Dokdo have been Korea's territory. Japan makes tackle to the absolute fact that will never change. We need no reasons because Dokdo is land of Korea.

Thank you for reading this!

If someone asks you, "Who is the owner of Dokdo?",

than the answer must to be, "It belongs to Korea!","It's Korea's territory"

Thank you.

Dokdo is Korea's territory!!!!!!!!!!!

Dokdo belongs to Korea

Dokdo belongs to Korea. It's not Japanese. I'm so angry about the Japanese claim that Dokdo is their's, but it's absolutely not. It will never happen. Dokdo is Korea's territory.

The funny thing is, that Japanese also acknowledged that Dokdo is Korea's territory since long long time ago. Even there are records about Japan's  acknowledgement about the truth that Dokdo belong to Korea.

Japan's insistence is really really funny. The fact that "Dokdo belong to Korea" is a matter of course. It's natural. Even our ancesters have lived in there since "the three nations period" in Korea.

I can't understand Japan. They lies a lot. Even they mentioned about Korea, "Korean must be ashamed".
I can't endure this. Japan distort the history, and they are insisting that Korea distort the history.

This really weird, strange. Can you guess what's the Japan's purpose?? It's because Dokdo has a lot of resources under the sea. So that's why they want it. I always feel angry when I see the news that Japan lied again. When do they stop lying? The people who acknowledges the fact, is the normal people.

I hope they(Japan) know their claim is not right.

The turtle ship and the story

There was a brave general called "Lee Soon Shin(이순신)". He was also very smart. In the war between Japan and Korea(at that time Joseon), Lee used a ship called "turtle ship", to make frightened Japanese. Actually, the effect was good. He also used "the shape othf the flying shape of crane". So we won in that war, even we had about 1/4numbers of ships that Japan had.(The number of ships: Korea < Japan)

This is the "turtle ship"!
Isn't it cool?
The head of the dragon looks very scared. In the mouth of the dragon, there was a fire, so it looks very scared. Also, on the top of the ceiling, there were many nails to protect the ship from the Japanese to climb up the ship and attack us.
The disadventage of this ship was that it was hard to be high-speed, but the adventage was that it was very easy to change the direction.

This place is on the high part of the Kum-o mountain(금오산), and the view of this temple is very fesinating.
In addition, the name "Hang-il" was originated from the scenic masterpiece that the harmony which strangely shaped rocks in Kum-o mountain and the sunrise of the South Ocean makes.

There is a strange rocks behind the main building of the temple, which is called "the shaking rock". According to many people, when you touch this rock, this rock shake.

The palace_the travel for Korean culture!!

This is one of the palaces in Korea. I will tell you about this palace.

The palace can be divided into 3 parts ; the outer palace, inner palace, and the Huwon where is the rear garden for royal families. The function of outer palace was similar as the living room nowadays. And the function of the inner palace was similar with the individual office and badroom, the sleeping quarter.

The latest dynasty in korea peninsula was JOSEON DYNASTY which was last for about 500years. And until now, we are affected by them. For example, the capital city of korea, Seoul was the capital city of Joseon dynasty.
